I choose this because recently i have become one of the nighter because of assignments and i did some research and found all the ways are very interesting. Im one of the nighter that will fall asleep easily. Hope these information can help more people to avoid falling asleep and stay awake at night to finish their work and assignments.

Information - Introduction about how often people get mad nowadays

I choose this topic is because i find people easily get mad over a small thing. So i decided to search on it and i think the ways are very interesting and useful, it work both for adults and kids. If everyone could absorb a bit of this knowledge this world will be peaceful.

I choose this topic simply because i like to make friends. Everyone have friends, friends is like an another important part of our lives besides our family. They are the ones that accompany us throughout the sadness happiness. Therefore, as a physiologist i would like to enrourage and teach some beneficial ways to other people to make more friends ;)
